Defective Items & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective item, please follow the guidelines below based on the product's brand:
Anima Motorsports Products: Defective Anima Motorsports products can be returned directly to us. Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
Other Brands: If you experience an issue with a product from another brand purchased through our store, please contact that manufacturer directly. Warranty claims and returns for third-party items must be processed by the original manufacturer and cannot be accepted by Anima Motorsports.
Anima Products Limited Manufacturer's Warranty
We stand behind the quality and performance of our products. This Limited Manufacturer's Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all Anima Motorsports products.
Eligibility & Terms
Warranty Period: This warranty is valid for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase.
Who is Covered: This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Requirements: The product must have been purchased from an authorized Anima Motorsports dealer. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any warranty claim.
What is Covered If your item has a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Anima Motorsports will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product.
What is NOT Covered (Exclusions) To ensure fair use, this warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from improper installation, operation, or maintenance.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (including, but not limited to, bearings and motor brushes).
Damage resulting from the use of incompatible components or accessories.
Shipping costs, third-party repair fees, or accessory replacements related to submitting a warranty claim.
Sale Items
On-sale items are not returnable. Also, any item sold for less than the retail price is not returnable.
No Exchange or Return
Only un-opened parts can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the purchase. There will be no return on any electrical item (anything that contains any type of wire or battery)
Claims must be prompt
Inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. Notify us of any shortages or discrepancies in your order within 2 working days of receipt. There are no claims after that.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are not refundable, partial or otherwise.
All returns or exchanges must include proof of purchase.
